The registration fee for delegates covers:

  • Admission to scientific sessions and satellite symposia
  • Collection of abstracts and cases
  • Congress bag with congress documents
  • Opening ceremony and evening event
  • Open lunch buffet and coffee breaks
  • Admission to exhibition

The registration fee for Packages includes also one ticket for the Networking Dinner on Tuesday, 06.09.2016.

The registration fee for accompanying persons covers:

  • Opening Ceremony and Evening Event
  • Networking Dinner


All fees are indicated in EUR, incl. VAT. Should payment/registration be received thereafter, you will receive your confirmation documents at the congress office on site. Registration on site is possible during the entire congress within the opening hours of the registration counters. Registration and services booked can only be confirmed after receipt of full prepayment or valid credit card details.

Important Note
Participant’s satisfaction and service quality has always been our top priority. 
Unfortunately we have faced significant price increases due to currency fluctuations over the past year. This is reflected in a raise of ticket prices, in order to keep up the program quality. At the same time we are delighted to inform you, that we have included the congress dinner into the package prices. 

We hope you’ll enjoy the congress.


Method of Payment

Payments should be made either

  • by credit card (American Express, Eurocard/MasterCard, Visa) or
  • by direct debit (German bank accounts only). 
  • On-site payments can also be made in cash in EUR.

Confirmation

Upon receipt of the registration form stating the correct fee, a confirmation letter will be sent by e-mail.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of participation by June 15, 2016 registration fees will be refunded. However, a handling fee per person will apply. After that date, registration fees are non-refundable. Name changes entail a handling fee of € 10 per registration. In case of no-show or early departure, a refund of registration fees is not possible. The organizers will only accept refund requests in writing.

Should you have any special requests for the processing of your invoice, please specify them when filling out your registration form. The re-issuing of an invoice entails a € 10 handling fee.

Prices of sub-contractors are based on the current tariffs and VAT rate. All prices and details beyond our control are subject to change.
